This report
is for both
parties'
protection,
and is
particularly
important if
you have
purchased a
waiver of
damage. Be

statements
you make may

permanent
part of the
accident
report.
Remember to
be truthful
and accurate
as your
statements
may be used
in legal
claims.

complete the

report, you
should be
able to

receipts

Cancellation

replacing

event of
an
incident
renter

responsible

with law
enforcement
and to
supply

24 hours

- Damage Waiver is for our vehicle and it eliminates your responsibility from the full amount of the vehicle + expenses to minimal expense only. this is not insurance but a DAMAGE WAIVER the waiver will not protect you if you will not cooperate with Florida Rent A Car, our insurance carrier, police and more, by Filling out Loss forms, Police report, Statement, Witness and other information require when accidents occurs.
